Refund, Cancellation & Booking Policies

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable or transferable for any reason, including, but not limited to holidays, injuries [old & new], illness, family illness, travel delays, missing buses, work issues, arriving after the class has begun & changing your mind. The cancellation policy applies to all studio users. In the rare instance a refund is made, a 20% administration charge will be applied.

Booking

All classes must be paid for at the time of booking online via the booking system.

Classes can be booked up to 6 months in advance and up to 30 minutes prior to the class start time.

Cancellations, No Shows & Late Arrivals

  • Cancellations should be made via your login on the website or the Crawley Yoga app, we do not accept cancellations by phone or email.
  • We operate a strict 6-hour cancellation policy for all our classes; all cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice will be charged the full class price.
  • Accounts will be debited for no shows and late arrivals.
  • Late arrivals will not be allowed entry in to the class.
  • Unlimited pricing options do not get charged for no-shows or late cancels, unless the studio user repeatedly fails to cancel bookings, disallowing others to use their space. A £5 charge per repeated missed class may be applied in such instances.

Early Cancellation

Classes can be cancelled up to 6 hours before the class start time without incurring a charge.

Late Cancel

If a class cancellation is made 6 hours or less prior to the class start time, the class credit will be deducted from the studio user’s account.

No exceptions will be made for any reason, including but not limited to parking problems, illness, family illness, travel delays, missing buses or work issues etc. No refund will be given for the class, nor will it be returned to your account with Crawley Yoga.

Unlimited pricing options, including the 15 Day Intro Offer & Memberships are not charged for Late Cancels, unless they repeatedly no-show, disallowing others to use their space. £5 charges per missed class may be applied in these instances.

No Show

If studio users fail to turn up for class without prior notice (“no-show”), the class credit will be deducted from the studio user’s account. No refund will be given for the class.

Unlimited pricing options, including the 15 Day Intro Offer & Memberships are not charged for No-Shows, unless they repeatedly no-show, disallowing others to use their space. £5 charges per missed class will apply in these instances.

Waiting Lists

When a space becomes available in class six hours or more prior to the class start time, the first studio user on the waiting list will be added to the class and the booking system will email the studio user a notification. Studio users must opt-in to receive these notifications when registering on the website. The studio user will need to confirm they wish to attend by replying to the notification email to guarantee their space. If a confirmation is not received prior to the start of class the studio cannot guarantee the availability of the space. Once the space has been confirmed, normal booking terms apply.

Class Changes, Substitutions & Change of Teacher

Classes may be cancelled by the management, teachers may be substituted or removed, class times may be altered or the days on which they operate may change. No refunds are given because of timetable changes.

Retail Refunds

Returned merchandise, excluding used or opened products/packaging, will be fully refunded if returned within 28 days of purchase with a receipt.

Class Pac Expiration

Class Pacs cannot be extended beyond their expiration date. If there is credit remaining on a Class Pac & the Pac expires, the credit will no longer be valid.

In rare circumstances, we will add on unused classes that are left on 10 & 20 Pacs that are about to expire, to a subsequent newly purchased 10 or 20 Pac, if the new Pac is purchased before the old one expires. 10 or 20 Pacs that have been transferred to a new 10 or 20 Pac may not be transferred a second time. Expiration dates & lengths will not be changed. Please email us to discuss.
