The Refund, Cancellation & Booking Policy:
Refunds: All payments are non-refundable or transferable for any reason. The cancellation policy applies to all studio users.
All classes must be paid for at the time of booking online via the booking system.
Cancellations, No Shows & Late Arrivals - Classes
- Cancellations should be made via your login on the website or the Acheive app, we do not accept cancellations by phone or email.
- We operate a strict 6-hour cancellation policy for all our classes; all cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice will be charged the full class price.
- Accounts will be debited for no shows and late arrivals.
- Late arrivals will not be allowed entry into the studio or zoom class.
Early Cancellation - Classes
Classes can be cancelled up to 6 hours before the class start time without incurring a charge.
Late Cancel - Classes
If a class cancellation is made 6 hours or less prior to the class start time, the class credit will be deducted from the studio user’s account.
No exceptions will be made for any reason, including but not limited to parking problems, illness, family illness, travel delays, missing buses, or work issues etc. No refund will be given for the class, nor will it be returned to your Wellness Living account as credit.
No Show - Classes
If studio users fail to turn up for class without prior notice (“no-show”), the class credit will be deducted from the studio user’s account. No refund will be given for the class.
Waiting Lists - Classes
When a space becomes available in class six hours or more prior to the class start time, the first studio user on the waiting list will be added to the class and the booking system will email the studio user a notification. Studio users must opt-in to receive these notifications when registering on the website. The studio user will need to confirm they wish to attend by replying to the notification email to guarantee their space. If a confirmation is not received prior to the start of class, the studio cannot guarantee the availability of the space. Once the space has been confirmed, normal booking terms apply.
Class Changes, Substitutions & Change of Teacher
Classes may be cancelled by the management, teachers may be substituted or removed, class times may be altered or the days on which they operate may change. No refunds are given because of timetable changes.
Early Cancellation - Events, Workshops & Courses
Workshops can be cancelled one full calendar week before the Workshop start time. The amount paid for the workshop or event will then be returned to the client's online Lake View Yoga account in Wellness Living as credit, to be used for further services at Lake View Yoga.
Courses may be cancelled one full calendar week before the commencement of the first date the course meets. Thereafter, it is not possible to miss a date of the course & carry it over, no refunds will be made for missed course dates. All dates on the course are booked at the time of purchase.
Late Cancel - Events, Workshops & Courses
No money refunds will be made for workshop, event, or course cancellations outside of the cancellation window:
- Seven Days prior to a Workshop or Event's start.
- Seven days prior to first date of commencement of a multiple week course.
No exceptions will be made for any reason. No refund will be given for the workshop, course, or event, nor will it be returned to your Wellness Living account with Lake View Yoga.
No Show - Events, Workshops & Courses
If studio users fail to turn up for a workshop, course date or event (“no-show”), the workshop, course or event credit will be deducted from the studio user’s account. No refund will be given.
Class Pac Expiration
Class Pacs cannot be extended beyond their expiration date. If there is credit remaining on a Class Pac & the Pac expires, the credit will no longer be valid
In rare circumstances, we will add on unused classes that are left on Pacs that are about to expire, to a subsequent newly purchased Pac, if the new Pac is purchased before the old one expires. Pacs that have been transferred to a new Pac may not be transferred a second time. Expiration dates & lengths will not be changed.
If a Pac is unused during lockdown, it will be extended by the period the studio was closed, unless it is used for zoom classes during the lockdown period, in which case, no extensions will be added
